Lara A. Dabdoub is a Partner at Untiedt Dabdoub & Tyler, PLLC. She has been practicing law for nearly 20 years and has spent the majority of her career litigating medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Lara is a seasoned trial attorney and has represented clients in multiple trials and arbitrations, including securing one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in Brevard County history and being recognized for achieving one of the Top 20 Verdicts in Florida in 2022. Lara has been repeatedly recognized by her peers as one of the best lawyers in the state, including being listed by Super Lawyers in 2022 and 2023.
Prior to forming UDT, Lara was a partner at a statewide defense firm and a trial lawyer at a premier boutique personal injury firm, focusing on medical malpractice matters. She began her legal career as a Staff Attorney for the Florida Department of Children and Families and then later for the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program.
Lara was raised in Kingston, Jamaica, and moved to Miami, Florida to pursue her education. She earned her BA from the University of Miami and her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.
Lara is committed to celebrating the Caribbean diaspora in South Florida and is proud to begin her year of service as President of the Caribbean Bar Association. She is grateful for the love and support of her husband, Ryan Fyffe, her three children, and her extended family.
