Dhaima S. Gray is an Associate in the Jacksonville office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses her practice on contractual and transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial real estate, land use and zoning, corporate governance, and general business transactions. She has experience handling matters involving the sale and development of real property, leasing, financing, as well as permitting and regulatory compliance.
Dhaima earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London in 2017. She went on to receive her Master of Laws (LL.M.), magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law in 2019, and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the same institution in 2021.
Originally from St. Ann, Jamaica, Dhaima now proudly calls Jacksonville home — Go Jaguars! She is the proud mother of a daughter with autism and a passionate advocate for the special needs community.
