Charise Morgan, Esq.

Charise Morgan is a Trial Attorney with Zurich North America. She has over 11 years’ experience representing restaurants, shopping centers, manufacturers, hotels, property managers, car rental agencies and other commercial clients in all phases of civil litigation. Over her career, Charise has handled over 600 bench trials, several jury trials and has otherwise obtained favorable results on behalf of her clients. Prior to joining Zurich, Charise served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Department of Labor in Atlanta, Georgia, conducting administrative hearings and status conferences on wrongful terminations, prior denial of unemployment insurance benefits, and issuing formal legal decisions to adjudicate claims.

Charise has served on the Executive Board of several local and statewide organizations including, but not limited to, the Florida Bar Board of Governors Young Lawyers Division, and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, and is a Past President of the Caribbean Bar Association (2018-2019). She is licensed to practice in both Florida and Georgia.
 
On June 15, 2024, Charise was sworn in as President of the Miami-Dade Bar Association for the 2024-2025 year.

She becomes the first Black female President of the Miami-Dade Bar Association.
