Jamel Marshall is an Assistant State Attorney who has worked for the State Attorney's Office for the past 2+ years. Jamel is also an advocate for increasing the diversity of the legal field by speaking at minority recruitment and community forums. In addition to practicing law, Jamel speaks to youth groups regarding their rights, the importance of education, and leadership. Although a native New Yorker, Jamel graduated from Fort Lauderdale High, the University of South Florida, and Florida A & M University's College of Law. He is also a member of Progressive Black Men, Inc. In his spare time, Jamel enjoys travelling, bicycling, and DJ-ing, for which he is also known as DJ Pie.
