Charise A. Morgan-Joseph is a litigation associate with Ward Damon Posner Pheterson & Bleau, P.L, where she practices all aspects of Florida real estate law. Prior to joining Ward Damon, Mrs. Morgan-Joseph served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Department of Labor in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mrs. Morgan-Joseph received a full scholarship to Florida International University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Literature. She then attended Mercer School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate degree, and continuing to practice law in Atlanta for the next five years. In 2013, she returned to Miami and was admitted to the Florida Bar.

Mrs. Morgan-Joseph is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the T.J. Reddick Bar Association, and the Haitian Lawyers Association.
