Cherine Smith Valbrun is an associate attorney with the firm of Ward Kim Vaughan & Lerner LLP. She concentrates her practice in complex commercial, securities, and tort litigation matters. She has extensive experience in civil litigation, including commercial litigation, employment issues and disputes, commercial torts and shareholder and partnership disputes. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
